We want you to love your Fishs Eddy finds, but if your new dishes aren't quite right, we offer returns on most items within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure items are unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack With Care

  Since our goods are fragile, please wrap items securely in their original padding and box to prevent breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
